Korean Printing Industry Leaders Visit Hanzer to Study Advanced Dye Sublimation Technology and Place Bulk Orders

Recently, a high-level delegation composed of technical experts and enterprise executives from South Korea’s printing industry visited Hanzer, a world-renowned manufacturer of digital textile printing equipment. The delegation conducted an in-depth inspection and technical exchange of Hanzer’s core production base, focusing on learning the company’s industry-leading dye sublimation direct printing technology and intelligent manufacturing solutions.

South Korea has long been renowned globally for its advanced printing technology, strict quality control systems, and high-standard production processes. This visit reflects the high recognition of Hanzer’s technological strength and product quality by the international high-end printing market. During the visit, the Korean delegation toured Hanzer’s modern R&D center, precision assembly workshop, and automated testing laboratory. They observed the complete production process of dye sublimation printers on site, and had in-depth discussions on core technologies such as Epson I3200 printhead application, high-precision color management, and eco-friendly ink systems.

The delegation highly praised Hanzer’s dye sublimation direct printers. They emphasized that the equipment’s outstanding performance in high-speed continuous printing, wide color gamut, and color fastness fully meets the strict production requirements of the Korean textile and apparel printing industry. The technical advantages of waterless direct injection, low energy consumption, and stable operation also strongly align with South Korea’s development strategy of green and intelligent manufacturing.

After comprehensive technical evaluation and on-site comparison, the Korean delegation reached a bulk procurement cooperation with Hanzer, purchasing multiple sets of large-format industrial-grade dye sublimation direct printers, covering models with print widths of 1.6m, 2.0m, and 3.2m. This batch of equipment will be mainly used to upgrade the production lines of Korean textile printing enterprises, to produce high value-added products such as sportswear, home textiles, and advertising banners.

Mr. Cheng, the head of the Korean delegation, stated: “Hanzer’s dye sublimation technology represents the highest level of global digital textile printing. Its equipment not only has excellent printing quality and production efficiency, but also demonstrates outstanding reliability and cost-effectiveness in long-term industrial operations. This cooperation will greatly enhance the technical strength and market competitiveness of our member enterprises.”

Hanzer’s relevant person in charge said that this cooperation with the Korean printing industry delegation is an important milestone in the internationalization of Hanzer’s brand. It not only strengthens the technical exchanges and friendly cooperation between China and South Korea in the field of digital printing, but also further consolidates Hanzer’s leading position in the global high-end dye sublimation equipment market. In the future, Hanzer will continue to focus on technological innovation, provide more efficient and intelligent digital printing solutions for global customers, and promote the high-quality development of the global textile printing industry.
